Part of the new ‘Elite’ Range from legendary British tactical brand Arktis, the VULCAN is a packable & lightweight insulating mid-layer featuring PrimaLoft® Gold insulation. Paired with a windproof & water-resistant Nylon MiniRip to provide exceptional thermal efficiency & breathability without the bulk, even when wet.

Between its inner and outer wind-proof layers, the jacket boasts 100gsm of Primaloft® Gold across the body and 60gsm across the arms, meaning excellent thermal properties without the unwanted bulk. The design and fit keep the operator in mind. The two large front pockets have dual opening zips, providing flexibility and internal slots provide convenient storage for mobile or comms units.

The two front pockets also feature concealed adjustment points that allow for easy use without the risk of them interfering with weapon draw. The spacious hood can be fully adjusted across three points to give maximum control over fit. All this is contained in a form factor so lightweight that it can be packed into its own pocket.
